Processing Time
Orders take 2–5 business days to prepare before shipping.

Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order is fulfilled, you can expect approximate delivery times of:

  • USA: 3–6 business days

  • Canada: 2-15 business days

  • International: 8–15 business days

Shipping times can vary depending on the carrier, customs, or holidays, so thank you for your patience.

returns, exchanges & cancellations

At the moment, I’m not able to offer returns or exchanges — thank you so much for understanding.

That said, I want you to love what you receive. If something arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right, please reach out to me as soon as you can at fyonnalad@gmail.com. I’ll take a look and do my best to make things right.
